Like you, I worry.
But I’ve discovered how to make friends with my anxious mind. To harness its power to fuel me on – not hold me back.
I believe we can all reframe the way we look at our worries.
We can flow with anxiety, not fight against it.
Be proud, not ashamed.
Love it as a beautiful, unique side of our selves. Not chastise and bully it – or explode when it arises.
We can learn to listen to our fears, appreciate their concern, but go out and do scary stuff anyway.
That’s what Worry Warrior is all about: making friends with your anxiety.
A side note about giving advice:
I’ll be honest: I don’t have all the answers. But that’s OK, because your anxiety story is different to mine. I’m simply sharing the tools and techniques that have helped me. You might like to try them. But no pressure (because I know you don’t like that) *wink*.
